The glossy marketing photos showcase a modern gym, outdoor BBQ areas, and a pool that all seem to promise a luxurious lifestyle. However, for many residents, the reality of using these amenities falls far short of expectations.

The gym at Harbor Landing is poorly equipped, with broken machines and no functioning cable boxes on the cardio equipment. The Peloton bike is frequently out of service, making it impossible to take advantage of high-quality workouts.
